Very polite and responsive host. Everything was clean when we arrived and check in/out was flexible. Highly recommend staying here for a work trip/vacation.

I feel conflicted in writing this review, but I feel it is my duty to report how I feel about my stay at Suhail’s place. First of all, Suhail is a SUPER host with very good communication. However, the location of the condo was in an area of town in which we did not feel safe. We are a family of five. The highway became very noisy on Friday night. Tons of cars blaring loud music into the night. We finally had to call the cops at 1 am to get some sleep (several loud cars had parked and were partying at the gas station right outside of my son’s room). He had the Regional Spelling Bee the next morning, and I had to make sure he got some sleep! Thankfully, the police came and put an end to it. The next night, all things were quiet. Maybe a bad night? Second, my husband did not feel safe going to the local Piggly Wiggly or Chinese takeout place. He saw things he wished he hadn’t seen and was verbally assaulted at the Chinese restaurant for being white. We are unaccustomed to this racism.

I can’t say enough great things about Suhail! He accommodated me for a last minute booking and early check-in. It’s a gated community and quiet. He communicated throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. The place was squeaky clean with extra amenities such as coffee, creamer, etc. He ended having to leave a day early for meetings in Tampa, he was flexible and kind enough to refund me. I truly appreciated that! He’s an exemplary host! I highly recommend staying there.

Very convenient location for the football game. We were attending and also close to the area where we like to eat.
