Victoria Point is a quiet and leafy suburb located on Morton Bay to the south east of Brisbane in the Redlands or Warra Warra in Quandamooka Country. The local residents are a laid back bunch and mainly a mixture of families and retired folk.
With its multitude of water front parks and esplanades, it is a popular destination for leisurely strolls, swimming, cycling, BBQs and water sports such as boating, fishing, kite surfing and paddle boarding.

GETTING HERE:
By car:
* ~35 to 50mins from Brisbane airport. An Uber or taxi will cost ~A$80-$100 depending on time of day. If I am free I can pick you up in my car for A$60.
* ~45 to 60 mins from the Brisbane CBD.
* ~60 to 75 mins from the Gold Coast.
Public transport:
* ~140 to 150 mins by train and bus from Brisbane airport. Will cost ~A$25-30 depending on time of day and payment method used.
* 70 to 90 mins by bus from the Brisbane CBD. ~A$5-$10 depending on time of day and payment method used.
If you come by car then there is plenty of free on street parking. There is also the possibility of off street parking but it is a shared space in the complex so I can't guarantee it will always be free.
There is a bus stop a few mins walk away that will connect you to the local shopping centre and beyond.
