Great location and very accommodating hosts! We stayed there to attend a concert in Philippine Sports Stadium which was about 10 minutes from the house (if no traffic). The place is very accessible to restaurants, waltermart, convenience store, etc. The house itself is cozy and clean, feels like a cute condo but with a second floor. We highly recommend the place for people looking for a space to rest before and after a concert in Philippine Arena area. We also appreciate how accommodating (and responsive) Ms. Katherine is and all of the people there who assisted us with our needs, they even gave suggestions on how we can reach the venue easier. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book again if there will be another event :)

The host was very accommodating and responsive. She even assisted us on our needs other than those relative to our accommodation. The location was superb, as it was quite near to the Philippine Arena, where we had to attend an event. We had a good experience. :) Thank you for having us!

The location is accessible to malls, market, food stalls and public transportation. The location has peaceful and safe neighborhood. The host was accommodating, fast to reply and flexible. It's worth the price you paid. Highly recommended. 5 star rate and 2 thumbs up!!! Thank you ms Khaye! :)
