We had a great stay at this condo. Beautifully decorated, very clean & excellent view overlooking the pool and the beach. The condo was well appointed with plenty of linens & beach towels. Our kids were thrilled with the boogie boards to use in the ocean. There was an Amigos grocery store within a 10 minute drive to buy grocery supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful property, but appears used a lot so needs minor repairs. In my group, we were 5 ladies and stayed here for 7 days. Before checking in, Francisco informed us about AC issue in master that was fixed & working but the wall had water damage. Unfortunately, AC unit issue continued throughout our stay where we were interrupted by host/technicians to access the property to fix it. As a kind gesture, Francisco offered us a 15% refund on our stay which eased the frustration within my group about the interruptions. The only reason I gave four stars is becoz the property has limited supplies (not enough toilet paper, dishwashing soap, trash bags, and no laundry soap). For 7 day stay with all women, we needed more of these things. Since we were already interrupted for AC unit many times, we did not request additional items from host. We just bought the items ourselves & wanted to enjoy our trip & not wait for items to be delivered. We enjoyed the oceanfront view and easy acces

This was a beautiful location and the property was exactly as described and depicted in the photos. Francisco was very attentive and responsive from booking through our whole stay. He reached out to us periodically to make sure everything was fine and offered recommendations for activities when we asked. It is a great location if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. However, if you want to do various activities and excursions, most things are within a 30 minute drive.

Exemplary Host and absolutely wonderful experience. It was a very peaceful stay away from the more active crowd but within walking distance to the resort amenities, restaurants, casino and spa. We felt very at home and welcome by not only Frank but also Nestor. I would highly recommend this property and host to anyone wanting to experience paradise in Puerto Rico and its amazing culture and beauty.
