With waterfront access for boating & swimming right on the property, as well as a public boat ramp nearby, you can easily spend your days out on the water. When you're ready to come ashore, you'll find yourself just a short drive from downtown Warsaw. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful property. Hot tub was amazing. Fire pit area had a good view. The beds were super comfy. Everything was clean! Host always responded immediately. Had games and playing cards available.

Blue Branch Subdivision

The lodge is located in the Blue Branch Subdivision near Warsaw, MO however, the subdivision has yet to be annexed by Benton County. After exiting Highway 65, the roads to the lodge are unpaved with a moderate slope leading down to the lodge. 2-wheel drive vehicles can sufficiently access the property but at times the gravel can be fairly bumpy.
