Great place overall. Neighbors upstairs are up jumping around every morning by 7:30 AM (sometimes earlier). This is to be expected, though, with an apartment setting. Clear instructions on how to locate apartment and convenient location.

Cindy's place worked out well. She was very responsive to us. It's a simple apartment with basic furniture but it really had everything we needed. Lots of towels and linens. Neighborhood is under a lot of conconstruction . The price was very fair considering it was family weekend at the college, not many lodging options

Cindy is a very responsive host & answers messages very quickly. The place had not been cleaned well before we arrived, so Cindy refunded our cleaning fee. The space is as advertised but furnishings are worn and could use updating. One of the neighbors smokes and we got noticeable smoke smell in the bedroom closest to the entry. Overall it was okay.

Lovely clean and quiet place to stay. Has a washer/dryer and anything you may need to a vacation stay or an extended stay!
