The place was everything we needed for working in the area. Host is good with communication, the place is clean, and smooth find/ check in. Access to a pool and hot tub are a plus! The only complaint (not a problem, just to be aware of) you will here the permanent residents upstairs walking around.

We needed a place that had several bedrooms, access to a pool, and was affordable for my extended family. This airbnb met each of those needs! We did not have the opportunity to use the common bar and dining areas, but we did make A LOT of use of the common pool and loved every minute of it. I have a 4.5 and a 1.5 year old, and they both thought this was the best vacation they had (okay okay, the 1.5 year old can't fully communicate yet, but you could just tell he loved it too).

This flat was more than enough space for our family of two adults and two kids. It could comfortably host 3 or 4 couples. All four bedrooms are large, and charmingly decorated around a different theme. Everything worked and was easy. It was a great stay. We were also really glad for the pool and the whole pool area. Two different parks with playgrounds are within walking distance. Would recommend.

The place is very nice and comfortable, well organized room by room, named the nest, the garden, the wood and the Royal, the pool and surrounding is amazing, just to be clear the swimming pool is sharing with the owner which was not specified in the description The price is little high but the place is comfortable and clean strongly recommended for those who want to stay in Klamath falls Oregon and close to Oregon institute of technology

The thermostat is not readily available so expect some nights to be chilly. If you're going to get into the pool, there will be some stairs involved - pool is on the opposite side of the house. The pool is a shared amenity so EXPECT to see people there. The listing didn't mention the rental unit being located under the primary dwelling, not a big deal unless you're a light sleeper. The owners were very friendly and always available to speak in person.
