Escape the hustle of life to this gorgeous lakefront retreat. Decorated with stained glass and antiques, this family friendly home has been entertaining us for years. Start off with coffee on the porch or a relaxing swim before kayaking around the lake's many inlets. Kids adore sliding into the lake to cool off and shooting hoops out front. Evenings are perfect for dinner on the grill and s'mores around the fire pit. Or, board games first, then a movie and popcorn on the couch. Memories await! Our home is located in a large residential neighborhood. If you like an evening walk before bed, it's easy and available right from the front door. Once inside and in the backyard, you will notice how private and comfortable our home is. With four bedrooms including a large primary suite and a great living room for gathering, there is plenty of space for solitude and togetherness. The 1,000 square foot primary suite is the only bedroom on the main floor. However, we do have the option of adding an Aerobed mattress or pack-n-play and privacy divider to the large space if it better suits your needs. Additionally, there is a pullout couch in the living room. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs. One has a private bathroom and a balcony. The other two share a bathroom. Back downstairs, the kitchen is well stocked and there are both indoor and outdoor dining options. With lots of natural light from skylights and large windows, the tree-lined waterfront view is visible from the majority of the house. Outside we have a basketball goal, lawn games, a fire pit, a Weber grill, a porch swing, a hammock and numerous places to sit and relax. Or, if you're a water lover, you'll enjoy the lakefront amenities of swimming right off the dock or trying out the canoe, paddle board and kayaks. On the inside, we have a fireplace, tons of games and puzzles, WiFi throughout plus three TVs equipped with Amazon FireSticks as well as two Alexa devices for music, news and stories.

We had a wonderful time in Noblesville with our three children. The location was great for us. James was a wonderful host and the house had everything we needed, if not more. It was perfect for our family’s needs, close to great restaurants, coffee shops and surrounding towns. Clean, cozy and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. Very quiet neighborhood with an amazing view of the lake. Highly recommend this lovely home.

We were in town for Thanksgiving and a funeral. Jim’s place was perfect. Had all the utensils and cookware for preparing the feast. Plenty of toys and games for the kids. Peaceful quiet setting for relaxing and spending time with family.

We had a great weekend here with a party of 10. This was a perfect place for our kids (aged 6-13) to play in the water by the house or explore farther with the kayak, paddle board or canoe. I was surprised by the great number of lifejackets. Very informative and friendly host. We would definitely stay here again.

Jims place worked out so well for our family coming in to town for a wedding. We had so much fun on the lake kayaking, paddle boarding and boating…we rented a boat for a day from the marina … very convenient.. We relaxed on the back deck, cooked dinner and played games. Jim’s house is well stocked with everything you need! He even had a surprise waiting for us upon check in. He was communicative prior to arriving so we were well prepared! You will definitely enjoy your stay on the lake at Jim’s place!!

We’re glad we chose to stay at the lake house! We come back to Indy to visit family often, and decided to spend a little more to rent Jim’s place right on the water this time. We spent most days hanging out on the deck or in the water, and our kids never got bored. The kids loved swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The house is great with plenty of room and lots of natural light. Not to mention the amazing views of mature trees and water. This particular part of Morse is particularly peaceful since it’s an idle zone, so passing boats are pretty quiet. Jim was an excellent host, responding quickly to messages, staying up to make sure we got in okay after our flight was delayed, and leaving gifts and homemade popcorn for us inside. Would definitely stay here again!

Our home is located in Noblesville, Indiana and is part of a lakeside neighborhood on Morse Reservoir. This is a family friendly neighborhood that offers endless sidewalks for evening walks. Children and families are busy throughout the day however our home feels very secluded and is generally very quiet. If you are looking to get out and explore the area outside the neighborhood, there are endless options for dining, shopping and events. Check out our guidebook for further details and suggestions.
