Clean, easy to find location & the apartment was beautiful with a nice patio. Parking is a little difficult but there is a spot in parking garage!

Great place with lots of great amenities. Looks even better than the photos. Place was spotless and had everything perfectly placed. Great location with parking included so close to downtown. Beautiful building and very responsive hosts. Will be staying again if I’m back in town.

Great apartment for a quick stay. Host was incredibly helpful and communicated promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Wrestled between a 4 and 5 star, but gave a 5 star due to the cost. The value is great, the building amenities are nice, and the host was responsive. However, the building hallways smelled awful and there was a unique bad odor in the room when we entered. Also, the windows opened to a huge bright billboard, a vacant lot with trash and homeless people, and a 7/11. Overall, I would opt for a more expensive place next time, but if you are staying in SLC on a budget, this is a great option.
