We ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. • Community Restrictions and Amenities Wolf Laurel is a private community and has restrictions on motorcycles, trailers, and recreational vehicles. If you plan to bring any vehicles other than cars or trailers, please contact our office to ensure they are permitted. Amenities are available between May 1st and October 31st and include a swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball half-court, a kid's playground, a picnic pavilion, and fishing in the community pond. (Note that the picnic pavilion is available for guest use but cannot be scheduled for events.) Also included is the use of the Community Center with a library, art wall, activity center, and access to seasonal programs and events. (The swimming pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through September.) • Ski Resort Changes. Please note, Wolf Ridge Ski Resort has been sold, and rebranded to Hatley's Point by new ownership. The resort is currently under renovations, and expected to open at a later date to be determined. Your reservation requires a pet fee of $175 per dog. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. The view and location were spectacular. The house was well maintained, clean, private, spacious yet cozy. Also there are two trails in this gated community that are great to hike, that you would otherwise not have access to. Highly recommend the Big Bald trail for a 360° view at 5500’ of the entire area! Can’t wait to stay here again!!
The house and the views exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect setting to bring in the new year with our grown children. The living/dining area combo was perfect space for our party of 8.25 (3 month old) plus the doodles to gather around the stone fireplace or play games at the dining table. The kitchen was well stocked and provided beautiful views…OMG let’s talk about the incredible views from every room on the main floor with floor to ceiling windows and door access to the expansive deck that runs the entire length of the house with 180 degree Mountain View’s! Watch incredible sunrises from every room and especially while laying in bed. Great areas to walk or hike trails from the neighborhood. The icing on the cake was the unexpected snowfall but you need all wheel drive if parked at bottom of driveway. We luckily parked one car at top of driveway and another at lot near entry gate. Mountain Discovery pass was a bonus! We would definitely return to Bici della Nonna!
Carolina Mornings was very responsive and helpful and the place we rented was really nice. So we were very happy with the choice all around.
