OUTSIDE: - 8 person hot tub overlooking the pond - Private lake with rowboat and lots of fish (catch and release fishing allowed)! - Above-ground pool with pool toys & floaties - Large deck w/grill - Fire pit for S’mores! - Hike or bike the private wooded onsite trails  - Abundant wildlife: Deer, herons, frogs, wild turkeys, and even a family of river otters live nearby! - Regenerative farm on the property: Book a tour with Stephanie, our friendly Permaculture Manager - Cute farm animals: Cows, horse, donkey, chickens, bunnies, goats! The pool and deck overlook a pond where you can see storks fishing, beavers and otters swimming, while 100 yards away there is a lake with canoe that you can take out for a paddle. Don't forget your mountain bikes and hiking shoes. We've also cut out a 1.3 mile trail that spans the width of the property.
