Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This Lake house has a stylish architecture which is one of a Kind in Miami surrounded by nature. Centrally located, short distance to the University of Miami, coconut grove, Kendall. This lake house has parking on site for 4 cars. Adding more, it’s gated. Lake house consists on 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. And there is a half bathroom for the common areas. Kitchen area has a spacious island and top appliances. Apart from the dining table, there are 4 chairs to eat on the island. Pool is elevated surrounded by nature and lake that creates a peaceful environment, simply truly unique spot.

I just have to say the most amazing place ! It’s an oasis!! The koi fish swimming and swan on a daily bases was just magical ! You have a wildlife sanctuary that makes you just want to sit outside. Also Rocky the neighborhood dog is not drowning haha he is just taking his daily swim ! This place is so special and relaxing just top notch … I can’t describe the enough how wonderful it is. Definitely coming back !
We spent an amazing weekend at this beautiful property! House was on point, there’s a pond in the back with exotic fishes and a huge White Swan!! Thank you! We really enjoyed the stay.
