This is a great place with tons of space both inside and out! We stayed here with some family members and two dogs and did not feel cramped at all. When we had an issue with the AC, Daniel was prompt to respond and send someone over to get it fixed ASAP. We loved the peaceful location and friendly neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Thehouse and all furnishings are as pictured, inside and out. Our family of 3 adults and 2 grandchildren stayed 9 days at Xmas. Weather was cold so we didn't make use of backyard but woodwas stacked at firepit as promised. House was clean throughout and neighborhood is quiet. Publix and Jeremiah's within walking distance. There is aTV in every bedroom and both common areas. Only had 2 issues that needed correction and both were handled immediately. One was serious: the heating went out in 50 degree weather but owner had repairman at door within 90 min and follow-up on scene next morning. Furniture was sturdy and comfortable. Water was hot and plentiful despite multiple baths, dishwasher, and laundry all in short period. Toilets mostly required double flush. Kitchen was fairly well furnished including a good mixer and bowl set that we used to make holiday cookies, but there were NO hot pads kitchen towels, or dishcloths of any kind! Overall we'd recommend the rental & would stay again

This listing was not as advertised. Backyard was not fully fenced or maintained. Property need’s exterminator and maintenance. Toilets don’t flush well, and internet drops frequently. The only Highlight was the local property managers. They were friendly, helpful and a delight.

Everything was just as expected and more. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. There were clean towels & all kitchen necessities.

It is an old home they prepared well for a rental. The furnitures in the leaving area could be a little more matching the modern look they want to bring to the house. But generally speaking it was a nice house to stay in. The only thing that went wrong at the beginning was how dirty the fridge and the kitchen counters were. The rest was very clean and ready for us to settle in and feel confortable.
