the space impresses beyond photos! clean, convenient and comfortable, this rental was the perfect place to retreat after groomsman duties each day- plenty of parking on a corner lot meant we could rally up the crew before heading to Austin for nightlife entertainment. Jen & Derrek were hospitable and responsive, and their instruction provided through the client app as well as messages were concise and accurate. priced very well, I would seriously suggest booking here with another couple or handful of select friends over the hotel options in Elgin (many wedding co-guests complained of the conditions of the rooms/uncomfortable bedding/moisture & wetness at the H*l!d4yInn)- definitely worth just a little more than what their going rate was. if I ever find myself in that neck of the woods again, I will assuredly look into booking with Jen & Derrek again!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the country cottage. Very tastefully decorated, we felt very comfortable with the surroundings. The kitchen had everything one would need for meal preparations. The neighborhood was very quiet throughout the day and nighttime. Our host was very nice, she left us some eggs and fresh fruit on our arrival, and responded quickly when I had a question and also gave recommendations for upcoming events to attend in town. We will surely return to this cottage on our next visit!
