Definitely doesn’t deserve Superhost status. Initial communication was rude. We then had trouble accessing the garage and she responded to our concerns after we went to bed even though check-in was 4p. Our kids wouldn’t use the dishes because they were dirty from the last guests. Beds were not comfortable and linens were cheap. Way over priced for what you get.

Overall this house fit our needs for 3 couples, 2 toddlers and a baby. Just be warned there are soooo many stairs. The place did have dirty floors, mediocre mattresses, way less pillows on the beds than advertised and not a lot of towels especially in the kitchen. It was right on the freeway but the sound wasn’t too outrageous. We couldn’t get in the front door easily then noticed the slider on the ground floor wasn’t locked. We used the garage remote to get into the place instead of the front door. Overall it was a decent affordable stay and close to Disneyland! Just know there are definitely quirks.

Luna was very responsive and allowed us to check in early but we ended up arriving around 7pm because we travelled here with 3 young kids under 5. Upon arrival we wanted to set up the crib that was listed in the description however it was a disappointing pack n play. We had to scramble and rent a crib on Babyquip for 3 nights which cost us over $100 but grateful the crib arrived same night. Our kids played in the living room where there is an area rug that is clearly in need of professional cleaning. I texted Luna & took pictures of areas that had some hair & told her that the cleaning crew is slacking big time. Cheap Uber to Disneyland. We were lucky with guest parking and parked our second car in the limited spots while our van was in the garage. Unsure if garage can fit two cars since there were large items like furniture taking up space. We checked out at 11:30 which Luna was accommodating about. We barely had enough toilet paper. Overall ok but could’ve been cleaner.

A perfect location for the conference center and the Disney parks. Our group was very comfortable there.
