The place is very clean, comfortable, and looked exactly like the photos. The host is also very accommodating and communicative. Definitely worth the price and will book again!

The unit is small but well maintained. It gave us just what we needed, a comfortable & clean place to end our days. We made use of the amenities daily such as the microwave, steamer, fridge and stovetop. The vanity especially was great and gave me the space I needed to prep for the day. Netflix was a bonus too. My family and I go to enjoy our shows before bed. My only misunderstanding was the location. This unit was in the furthest tower from the neighboring mall SM Sucat, it was too hot to walk esp w/ construction ongoing. Shuttles thankfully are provided so that became better later on. Also w/ GRAB, this bldg is not on the app, we kept needing to pin the neighboring bldg & then directing our driver to the correct tower after entering the gate. Overall our stay was pleasant. Ronald is a superb & accomodating host who responds immediately. I just would refer this home to smaller traveling parties as the size is not the biggest but it was definitely cozy!

Ronald is very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for him. Condo is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay here again.

Ronald's place was exactly as advertised. He was always responsive, helpful and apologetic about the Wardrobe being stuck. The overall cleanliness of the property was really good. I'd definitely stay here again.
