Check in and check out instructions were clear and had no issues. Lights were labeled, accurate description of the house and items inside. Hosts had a binder with clear instructions to house rules, directions to appliances, and other information. Hosts left some snacks, which was nice. More towels should be left for guests. We were only left three towels for 3 people for two days, so I would advise asking for more if you need it, and they would happily supply. Alarm in the room my daughter was in, went off at 2:30am, but this could be avoided had we checked. The heating system is loud and could wake you if you are a light sleeper. We did not find two of the three beds overly comfortable, but rather ok. This could be personal preference. Near checkout, the low flow toilet plugged (not due to misuse) and to our dismay, could not find a plunger anywhere. We left a note explaining.

Very beautiful house, close to lots of stores/restaurants. Had a very homey feeling! Would definitely go back again!
