It was the quality of the welcome that set the overall tone. We were disappointed by the skill of your Butler service who mumbled her communication and gave us "a feeling of doom' When she eventually answered her messages with no apologies or responsibility or smile or appreciation Things had no chance of recovery after we were told we didn't have a booking! We were told that we couldn't check in' when the confirmation said we could. She disappeared as quickly as she was able to. I reported her behaviour to the team at Airbnb as to what were we to do now. Then miraculously Yi Bei started communicating with us and said things would move along swiftly and his communication was clear (thank you) When we were charged for parking we felt a blow to the stomach We felt you could have handled this very differently. Yi Bei will say that we abused his Butler and then to save face decided to reject our booking. We followed Airbnb guidelines throughout. If the trip was free we would never return
