Launch Date May 1, 2023! Brand new listing located in Ponce - the Southern coast of P.R. This new home was prepare to host a group of 4 very comfortable. One of our favorite areas is the lovely outdoor terrace that you can sit & enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the bubbles of the jacuzzi. The breeze of the house is amazing and it make you feel like a home away from home. The house is convenient located near hotels downtown Ponce and close to the famous La Guancha & Museum of Art.

This was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I for the week! The location is great and close to plenty of places.

Luis provided proactive and very responsive communication before and during our trip. We had no issues with anything during our stay. The home was beautiful and well kept. All instructions for check in and check out were accurate and easy to follow. We would recommend a stay at Luis’s Happy Place to any family or friends.

So i stayed at this airbnb 3 nights i picked it because of the jacuzzi and it never worked. Asked for $100 back from the amount i paid and co-host Luis had the nerve to say i left the airbnb dirty and i even took the trash out left towels in a trash bag because i didnt want to leave them on the floor so its easier for the cleaner, i was there for work left at 8am all 3 days and got back around 6-7pm tired! Just wanting to relax at the jacuzzi and never did because it never worked! He said i did not follow instructions because the jacuzzi cover was not on "i took the cover off to take pictures and show him it kept TURNING OFF" it would not stay on!! The cover needs to stay on for it to heat up everyone knows that!! I even sent him a picture that the screen was showing an error and he said the error was because of the water level and he went to fix it and it was still not working!!! Airbnb was great but very inresponsible host! When it came to that.

Este vecindario en Ponce está ubicado a solo minutos del centro de Ponce, restaurantes, la autopista principal 52, hoteles y el famoso centro comercial "Plaza del Caribe" se encuentra a solo 5 minutos.

Si llega al Aeropuerto Internacional (SJU) en Carolina, el viaje a Ponce es de aproximadamente 75 millas de distancia, ( 1.5 horas ) desde el Aeropuerto Internacional Luis Muñoz Marín en Carolina. Ponce también tiene un pequeño aeropuerto internacional llamado "Mercedita" que está a solo 6 millas de nuestra casa.
Recomendamos encarecidamente a todos nuestros huéspedes que alquilen un automóvil ya que el servicio de Uber no siempre está disponible en Ponce.
Nuestro apartamento queda a tan solo 10 minutos (guiando) de la famosa Plaza Las Delicias de Ponce, variedad de restaurantes, el histórico "Parque de Bombas", Catedral, bares, tiendas, heladerías, food truck , tiendas artesanía, coffee shops, librería y muchos edificios históricos y museos.
Si alquilas un auto contamos con estacionamiento seguro sin costo.
