Just a 5-minute walk to Bojangles Coliseum/Ovens Auditorium, a short 10-minute drive to the city center in Uptown, 12-minute drive to Noda, and 11-minute drive to South End. Our condo is the perfect base to explore all that this vibrant city has to offer! The listing is for an entire 2 bedroom, 1.5. Bathroom. Situated 4 miles southeast of ‘Trade and Tryon’ (center of uptown), this stylish condo is convenient to Plaza-Midwood, Uptown, NoDa, and SouthPark, and within walking distance of Ovens Auditorium and Bojangles Coliseum (the original Charlotte Coliseum!). Our place will accommodate 1-5 adults, or a small family in a small, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Enjoy your free time relaxing on our sofa watching the 65” Smart TV, reading on the private back patio, or catching up on emails in the designated workspace area. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is well-equipped with all the basic hardware and more. Every room is fully furnished and we provide linens and towels for use during your stay. A 2 in 1 washer and dryer is on premises for guests on extended stays (or if you’re traveling light). We keep paper and soap stocked between guests.
