Before starting to explore the “Seasons of Rome” let’s take a moment to overview these important info about my house: ATTENTION: access to the outdoor space is not available at the moment, due to renovation works on the external facade. Scaffolding is in place, and the construction site is active. 1. The cleaning fee of €70 is not included in the price you pay on Airbnb. It will be necessary to pay it at arrival to my co-host who will prepare everything for your stay. 2. Check-in finishes at 9 pm. After this time, it will be possible to ask my co-host to remain waiting for you at the apartment for an extra of €25. 3. During check-in: - in compliance with the Italian law, a short-term rental agreement must be signed; - each guest is required to show their own identity document, which will be registered upon the police headquarters website. Ample closet space means you can unpack and feel right at home. BATHROOM: The cozy yet refined bathroom is the perfect place to indulge in a moment of relax and self care. Federico is a really good host and was always available to help us out. The location was also really great, you could be anywhere on the city and there would be a direct bus to the apartment. However, there were some issues with the facilities of the apartment that maybe a couple won't notice but a family of 4 did. We have spoken with Federico on where to improve and are hopeful he will make the apartment even more perfect.

El alojamiento, de Federico es perfecto, todo estuvo bien, la amabilidad y la comunicacion estuvieron bien. algo que mi familia y yo apreciamos fue el detalle de recibiemiento, que tuvieron federico y su hermana, nos recibieron con una botella de vino y botanas y eso lo valoramos mucho gracias por todo saludos
Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati ospiti durante le feste natalizie, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gentilezza e molti consigli su come spostarsi in città. Un quartiere tranquillo per quello che noi abbiamo visto! L'appartamento a venti minuti a piedi dal Colosseo, proprio come in foto,accogliente pulito e ordinato! Lo consiglio vivamente!!
