Everything was as expected with the exception of the hot tub not being available. This was a bit of a let down but everything else was great. Donna was a great communicator and very responsive.

Donna's place was great! Near the lake, plenty of parking, and thoughtfully accommodating. We'd definitely stay here again.

Home matched the description. We arrived on a Friday and departed on Sunday. I was required to sign a rental agreement which was not disclosed on the post or even after the reservation had been accepted. I was notified a couple days prior to arrival. The rental agreement did have some items that were not on the online post, and there was a book of rules in the home as well. The book stated the “neighbors” have been instructed to call the police for screaming / loud music, etc and quiet hour is 10pm. Making us feel uneasy about enjoying the outdoor area after 10pm. Staying in the middle of fields, its evident the owner resides meters away. Being the building is a storage/garage remodeled and turned vacation home. There were several dirty dishes put away. The mini oven was dirty with food residue. The bedroom doors do not lock. One room had personal belongings.
