It’s a good property at very prime location, need to fix some basic problems at home. With some touch up like TV, AC & better bed can make property more deluxe.

Nobody came to help us chck-in.Main door lock didnt opened. Me n my family including my 7 yr kid,my 60 yr old mother n aunt were standing on road for 1.5 hrs in sunny afternoon.After so much wait a staff came who was also unable to open the lock.He atlast himself broke d lock. At midnight wen we returned d inner door lock didnt opened. We n my family all tried bt all failed. Nobody came for our help after callin several times.Manager gave us response that i m 40 km away, n behaved rudely by saying u dont know how to open d lock,my staff is nt available after 5 pm. We stood outside d inner door for 3 hrs. He also asked us to shift in a nearby hotel. This homestay is located in a residential colony where there is no hotel nearby,no conveinence available at 2 am,n how we can shift to other hotel widout our nightwear n luggage inside ur homestay.Atlast widout any response n help we hav to apply pressure to d gate wid old ladies also tryin to give pressure to gate n it opened at 3amTerrible

Overall the property was very clean and managed well. Some small tap leakage issue but didn’t impact the stay. The host was very responsive to everything. One thing which could have added value to the property is microwave, it would have been very useful.

We had a pleasant stay and it was worth the money. My parents and family members were very happy. All the housekeeping staff were very kind and responsive. The locality is also very good. I would definitely recommend this property to others with overall rating of 4/5. Some minor things can be definitely improved to award 5/5 rating and vouch customer satisfaction --- TV was not working (even the maintenance guy came but couldn't fix it). The sofa was very old aged/second hand. Hence was poorly maintained. The apartment should have more doormats at least outside every room and washroom. Also, I would have really loved if washing machine, Iron, and WiFi were also available but it's perfectly fine since in the beginning itself they were not mentioned in the listing. Somewhere I felt that they were needed when staying with family.

The place looks the same as the pictures in the listing and is newly constructed, but we faced several issues. The instructions to turn on the Air conditioners were not shared and there was a separate power switch outside the main entrance which we were not aware of. In the morning, there was no water in the bathrooms and no support was provided for over 1.5 hours. Overall, we did not have a good experience because of these issues.
