This villa is located between the coast of Almeria and Granada, has a warm climate almost any time of the year, being able to enjoy in winter months of sun and beach during the day and the warmth of our fireplaces in the evening. As it is divided into different spaces (detailed in the description) it can be rented both for couples and for groups of up to 9 people, depending on the season. Located in a rural setting on the coast of Almeria and very close to the coast of Granada, the villa, Mediterranean style and designed from start to finish by its owner in the 70s, and located in a unique enclave in a rural setting, is built on a rock of a beach difficult to access for the population, but with direct door from the house, so it is practically for the exclusive enjoyment of guests. It is a natural beach, with sand and stones, without services, and its physiognomy tends to vary considerably depending on the wind and the tides. For this reason, the villa also has a small swimming pool. EXTERIORS The villa does not adjoin any other dwelling, but rather the agricultural land in the area. It has four terraces, a front terrace facing south, where you can enjoy the best sunrises and sunsets. The second one is west facing, with a large ivy, the third one is east facing, which leads to a beautiful garden and where the swimming pool is located, and finally the roof terrace, with a large terrace from where the whole coastline can be seen. It also has private parking for at least 3 vehicles. Hidden from the winds is the barbecue area, with a convenient sink. INTERIOR The house has large windows and large windows with beautiful views and pleasant air currents, but it also has air conditioning in common areas and fans if required by the guests. It consists of 3 floors: Floor O Just as you enter the house you will find this floor located at street level. Decorated in a rustic style, this floor consists of 3 bedrooms: the first is a double bedroom with a 135 cm bed; the second bedroom has a bunk bed with 90x180 cm beds, the upper bunk bed can be used by children or people weighing no more than 40 kg, and the third bedroom has a 120 cm bed. This floor also has a bathroom and a kitchen with gas burners directly connected to the dining room, a children's area, a TV area and fireplace, and a covered terrace with a boat effect view, as it seems to be over the sea. Floor -1 Accessed by internal stairs from the ground floor. Downstairs on the right hand side is the dressing room with en-suite bathroom. To the front is the kitchen, fully equipped, with ceramic hob, integrated with the dining room, living room and library, on a separate floor except for the bathroom and the bedroom, which is at the back of the floor, with stunning views of the garden and pool as well as the sea. There is a double bedroom with a 140 cm bed. The floor also has a tap for beer for events and a keg can be hired if desired. From this floor there is access to three of the house's terraces, swimming pool, garden, access to the beach, barbecue and a cupboard for storing beach utensils. The exteriors are equipped with garden tables and chairs for outdoor dining, pool deckchairs and 2 Balinese beds on the front terrace. Attic floor This floor is accessed from the ground floor via a wooden staircase. It consists of a double bedroom with 2 beds of 90 (this will remain closed if booked for 6-7 guests), but you will be able to enjoy its large terrace of 70 meters equipped with sunbeds, table and chairs. Its glass railings will delight lovers of seascapes. This bedroom can only be used if you book the house in the advert "Spectacular Enclave" for up to 9 guests, please ask the host.
