Chose this place because the views of the beach. We arrived, Juan asked us for personal information (flight details) when asked when we would arrive. He met us at the house to give instructions. The house was big and had items to cook. The view was fantastic and we had clean linens/towels. Ample space at the kitchen table and outside furniture was comfortable. House was not ready when arrived as the pool was being filled. The house needed maintenance/updating. While water was warm, plumbing was slow and toilets didn't have a lot of power (even though we put paper in trash). Screen door struggled to open/close. Curtains were dusty with stains. Electricity went out our last 2 nights. One night it was the whole block, it went out again in the morning and again the next night, but neighbors had power. Texted and received no response so called and he told me someone was coming. After 2 hours and no power we left and got a hotel. Refused to refund us $. Not worth the amount paid. Beware!
