A charming, contemporary and modern apartment situated just 1 minute away walking distance from the heart of downtown Perea. Our apartment offers a pleasant and relaxing seaside view from our 2nd floor balcony. It is approximately 10 meters away from Perea’s restaurants, coffee bars, beach bars that are alive throughout the year. Our apartment has modern decor and all the necessary amenities you need to make your visit to Perea as joyful and relaxing as possible. 2 adults + 1 child ( max. 10 years old)

Elizabeth ‘s place is where you need to be when visiting Thessaloniki. Its a beautiful location right by the beach. The apartment was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The balcony has a beautiful view of the beach where you can sit with your morning coffee and enjoy the breeze. The host was accommodating to my last minute requests. Highly recommended!

Apartament w 100% zgodny z opisem. Kontakt z właścicielką doskonały. Odpowiadała bardzo szybko na wszystkie wiadomości, zawsze pomocna. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i w pełni wyposażone. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko na plażę, do restauracji i sklepów.

Elizabeth's place was just as described. It was clean and comfortable and right at the beach. Lots of great resturants and bars right outside the door. Great location and great stay.

It is walking distance from the main taverns and shops, and Perea’s bars are all easily reachable by foot. There are several activities to do in the vicinity, for people of all age groups.
