We read previous reviews. I could almost tell which reviewers had good weather and which were trapped inside by the rain. Not everything was perfect, but there were no issues not easily resolved. Fantastic location, perfectly apportioned apartment I would recommend anybody rent.

Absolutely stunning view! The apartment was mainly clean. Bathroom, sheets, kitchen etc. We thought it was good value for the location and view. The apartment was a little tired and would definitely benefit from a little TLC and some decorative improvements, including a proper good deep clean of all the nooks and crannies. It didn’t affect our stay, the price was reflective of the condition of the apartment. Communications with Nicola were great!

Très bel appartement, spacieux, confortable, avec une vue magnifique, très bien aménagé, avec beaucoup de goût. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine, il manque juste un micro ondes. Les lits sont très confortables. Un petit défaut(minime), il faut traverser les 2 chambres pour accéder aux SDB et WC. Sinon, rien à redire!

The best feature of this apartment is its beautiful position in front of the beach but for the rest, I would say the host needs to do some major improvements. For instance, I contacted the host regarding the check-in as the number I was given was not responding and I did not receive any reply. Eventually, I was contacted back on the day of the check-in. However, at the time of check-in, the instructions given regarding the house were fragmented. It seemed the concierge Staff was not well instructed on the matter. Also, it is written that essentials were included but we got only one little soap, on dishwasher tablet and two half-used toilet rolls for four people for two nights. I have contacted the concierge staff in this regard but there was no interest in fixing the matter and I was then just asked about the check-out time. The apartment is old and super noisy. You can hear the neighbors at any hour. Also, the washing machine was broken and we did not get the info in advance.

A very pleasant stay in the Normandy area. The location was fabulous and the apartment was charming. Communication was also great. Only two inconveniences: 1. The bathrooms both are accessed through bedrooms and 2. I didn’t love having to plan a precise arrival and departure time to hand off the keys. I’m used to having a lock box or something similar that makes it a bit easier for check in/out. Overall, a really great stay.
