Randy is an outstanding host! He is very responsive. Mermaid Cottage is cozy and comfortable. The cottage is situated in a friendly and safe environment. Loved it so much that I booked another visit!

The beds are small although clean beds were not good too small and hurt my back for the time staying would suggest new mattress and beds

The rental unit was exactly as advertised. Entry to the unit was simple. Randy responded immediately to the one question that we had during our 4 day stay. Everything in the unit worked. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Parking was more than sufficient for our car and could easily fit two. The neighbors were friendly and were quiet in the evening. The pool was clean and space was always available on the deck. We would stay here again.

We had a few maintenance issues when we arrived. Randy did respond quickly to our text messages, but we decided to have him wait before fixing anything Because we were only there for a week. That being said, we felt the problems we had should have already been addressed before renting it out.
