This fantastic apartment is centrally located in a walkable neighborhood. A grocery store is located across the street. The Eiffel Tower and Metro are nearby. The apartment includes a well equipped kitchen and lovely balcony. The furniture is comfortable and the bathroom includes a large bathtub. This apartment is great for a Parisian get away. Julien was a great host and very responsive.

Perfect stay & location

Short walk to the Eiffel Tower and multiple metro stops. Lots of shops and restaurants close by, including Rue Cler. There is a bit of street noise at night but that's to be expected with the location and not really a problem with the windows closed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with some wine and people watching as groups left the Eiffel Tower light show. Wonderful stay and the perfect spot to see the sights in Paris!

This apartment is in the perfect location. 1 minute walk to the eiffel Tower, lots of beautiful restaurants nearby and a fabulous bakery and supermarket across the road. The apartment itself is lovely and bright and spacious. The balcony was a big plus for us. The shower was very powerful and the apartment was very warm also. Unfortunately, contact with Julien was a little disappointing. The day before our trip Julien made contact to see what time we would check in. We had a late flight so I said we would require a late check in. I admit this was late notice on our end but we've had many late check ins in air bnbs before and it was never an issue so I assumed this would be the same. Juliens replies were a little abrupt and this caused a lot of stress just one day before our trip. After discussion Julien did leave the keys out for us and we are grateful for this however it was just the manner in which it was dealt with was disappointing. This aside we would come back. Thank you Julien

The flat was amazing. Very clean and spacious. We loved the balcony. There were so many close by cafes and wine shops that had very friendly and helpful staff. As well, the location was very clean and beautiful. I highly recommend Juliens flat for any occasion. You will not be disappointed with the experience.
