The place was very nice and clean. A few items described were not what we expected. The kitchen area was just a sink and mini fridge with a coffee cart so there was no additional counter space as described to prepare meals or a place to cook meals. It ended up working out but a better description of that would be good to know so food purchased would not over crowd/not fit in the small space. Also the fenced in area for the dog was half the size from the pictures posted. Other than those two things our stay was great and our kids enjoyed their time at the carriage house and the beach! We would definitely recommend this place as a great weekend getaway!

Beach was not crowded at all and was about a minute walk from the house. Joulet was very friendly and responsive in text/call. There were many things to do within an hour drive of the area. Great stay.

Joulet’s carriage home was cozy and just a few feet from the beach. We felt welcomed (so did our dog!) and Joulet was quick to respond to questions. We would absolutely stay again!
