Kick back and relax in this calm, adorable space. What’s available to you is a 3 bedroom/1 bath house. Straight down the hall; two bedrooms comes furnished with a queen bed with memory foam mattress, dressers and good sized closet. The third bedroom can be used as an office space with a twin sized daybed. You'll find the rest of the home to be comfortably furnished and decorated. The floorpan of the home is pretty open for its quaint nature. You’ll have use of a dining room, lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience there is a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, full sized electric range - not to mention all of the cooking utensils needed to create culinary masterpieces. Though the sliding door is a beautiful stamped concrete patio with a charcoal BBQ for the warmer months. The extra large yard is fully fenced, mostly private with lots of room to soak up the sun, the squirrels and the sound of the birds. *ask about the hammocks :)

Traci’s Airbnb was absolutely lovely and peaceful. I had to take an exam the next morning and the backyard was a great place to both relax and study a bit. Traci was also very kind and helpful when it came to responding to any questions I had. Would love to stay again someday :)
I've visited Portland three times this year. I wish I had found Traci's place on my first visit. I'm not knocking the first two places I went to because I also enjoyed them. Traci's place felt like I was in my own home. If you're a homeowner, you'll understand what I mean. The first two locations felt more like places for college students(dorm-like). Quiet neighborhood. Nice community. People wave at you when they see you. Traci doesn't show pictures of her backyard, washer/dryer, or gym space, which I feel she's doing a huge disservice by not mentioning. If you have a nice cardio routine, you won't need to pay for a local gym. Traci checked in with me almost daily to ensure I was okay and had what I needed. Or if she needed to remind me of something that came to mind. When I arrived, she left a typed booklet full of information on the bed. It contained information about her home and activities in the local area. I've never been in an Airbnb that did that. Suburban Sancturary. YES!!!
traci was a great host. always communicative and helpful with tips. the room as well as the rest of her home was clean, tidy and just as advertised. bed and bedding were super comfortable. the location was peaceful and not noisy at all and the neighborhood felt safe
I had a great stay here. Very clean and the other two tenants were super friendly and helpful with any questions I had about the house. It’s In a safe cute neighborhood. I would stay again!

The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Kind passersby’s are often seen walking their pets throughout the day & I’m happy to report that our neighbors look out for one another.
The backyard is a private oasis during the summer months though Powell Butte Nature Park is 1 mile away for even more of a wooded experience.
For your culinary delights there is an Oriental Food Market in the Bi-mart parking lot on Powell and a Mexican Grocery Store just north on division.
If cooking isn’t your jam, several great restaurant options are not a far drive away.
There’s Free parking available in front of of the home. Please do not park in front of our neighbors or the mailbox.
There are Trimet bus stops both North and South of the home; the Southern one being the closest at 0.2mi away.
