For the first option, you would be hogging the shower bath, for the second, you would share the tiled bath (do not forget about the outdoor bathroom and outdoor shower that are also available). With this versatile design of the outdoor area, it is questionable if the fireplace room and the indoor kitchen on the ground floor will be used often. Still, they are an available comfortable option for the cooler days, which certainly occur in May or October. And it oozes with country house charm! Just like the immediate and further surroundings... This region is merry with wine, with its beautiful bodegas, such as the one of Jaume Mesquidas, is best explored on hikes or by bike. Or with the blessing from above. There are thrilling views of the fertile plain, which provides all kinds of delicious product for the weekly markets and the villa's refrigerator, from the Santuari de Monti-Zion, 2 km from Porreres, from the rock castle Castell de Santueri, and from the monastery San Salvador near Felanitx. The town of Porreres, only 7 km from "Els Ullastres", is, for example, a sweet fruit itself, or to be more precise, a juicy apricot. Here, people like to dip them in chocolate or serve them with meat, and in June there is a whole fair devoted to the apricot. Hidden squares, Arabic fountains, the relaxed atmosphere, and a pedestrian zone as the meeting point define the town's rustic charm. From here, people like to go in all directions of the island (it is easy with the Ma-5100, only 1 km from the villa), and it is a nice place to come back to.
