Home Overview: The home is located in a gated community with 3 other homes. It features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a large balcony! You'll have full-access to the home and it's premise, except for the cleaning and storage closet, located on the 2nd floor. If availability allows, we are happy to accommodate early check-ins and late check-out. Please contact us directly to check availability. Locks: The front door is operated by our secure, unique code lock that provides each of our guests with their own unique code that is only active during their stay. Guests will receive check-in instructions the day before arrival, walking you through the simple check-in process. Parking: There is an attached 2 vehicle garage with additional free street parking, which is on a first come, first serve basis. Please do not park in front of the mailboxes, which are located outside of the exterior gate, along the street. Dining: The dining table, which seats 6 people, is located off the kitchen and is the perfect place to sit down for a home-cooked meal. Additionally, there is an oversized island that seats 4 people. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with full-size stainless steel appliances including: microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and wine cooler. In addition, you’ll find a toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, air fryer, blender, baking sheets, mixing bowls, to-go containers, cooking utensils, steak knives, cutting board, cocktail tools, wine opener, wine glasses, dinnerware and glassware, cutlery, kids cutlery and cups, fire extinguisher and more. Living room: The living room has one couch, four sleeper sofas chairs, and a 65 inch Smart TV. Board games, children toys, reading material, arts and crafts, first aid kit, and more are located in the double-door pantry. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 - King size memory foam bed, 2 nightstands, 2 table lamps, large foot bench for luggage, smart TV, 2 body mirrors, 2 sleeper sofa chairs, and a desk and chair. Connected is a private large bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, soaking bathtub, and walk-in closet. Master Walk-in Closet: Extra pillows and blankets for guest utilizing the sleeper sofa chairs, pack and play, baby gate, children games. Bedroom 2 - Queen memory foam bed, 2 night stands, 2 table lamps, foot bench for luggage, and a double door closet. Connected is a bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 - Queen memory foam bed, 1 night stand, 1 table lamp, foot bench for luggage, and a double door closet. Connected is a bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower combo. Half Restroom: Located on the 2nd floor, next to the living room. Other: Freshly laundered towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and other toiletry items are provided. Full size washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board, laundry detergent pods, dryer sheets, and lint roller are located in the double-door laundry area on the third floor.
