Beware. The person advertising seems to not be the owner of the hotel. As it turned out, the man at the reception wanted me to pay cash while I already paid for the room through airbnb. They tried to scam me. This was not an privately owned house but a room in a hotel "marine garden".
The accommodation was clean and nice. It's next to the sea and in a minute you are in the middle of dahab's seaside promenade and it is also near to the street Mamsha
