Good thing: - Condo is well equipped with facilities such as swimming pools, basketball court, pool table, gym room etc - Easy access to restaurants, food courts etc Perhaps the unit could improve on below: - Utensils are not well clean, still seeing stains on it and we cleaned it ourself - Laundry and balcony are dirty with dust and not well cleaned - Bedroom: Dusty under the bed area - Less toilet papers provided for 7 person, we have to buy tissue outside for our own - With very basic amenities provided only such as like 1 shampoo/body shower for each bathroom, few utensils provided, 4 cups (not enough for 7 pax for usage) - Kettle’s light is malfunction - Remote controls for both ceiling fans are malfunction, unable to set the fan speed

this condo is located about 10 minutes from ipoh town, 15 minutes from sunway lost world of tambun. Overall the house is clean. Same as photos provided. Air conditioner available at living room & all 3 rooms. Very convenience to have water filter & kettle in the house. Very impressed with the nice condo facilities such as kids playground & swimming pool. There's a nice clean mat in the living room, good for kids to play on it. Very comfortable bedding to sleep on.

Good location with a lot of facilities and eateries. Although wifi was specified to be available, I had to follow up with the host who then delivered a 4g modem the following day. Incomplete kitchen and wardrobe.
