Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Less than 15min from the airport, the iconic Las Vegas Strip, Fremont Street, and the Las Vegas Arts District. The room is a part of a single-story 3 bedroom townhome. The property is located in a quaint and quiet gated neighborhood. There is a dedicated work-space available. Kitchen and living areas will be shared with owner, but no other renters will be present. The space is not just a rental, but a home. A home reflects those that live in it. So allow me to share some things about myself. I am clean, organized, thoughtful, fun, and welcoming. I also am out of the house more often than I am there. I work for an airline and currently between 40-80 hours a week, and when I am not at work I am often out of town traveling for fun and family. So chances are you would have the place to yourself often. When I am home, I use the space for comfort. I cook, watch TV, movies, sports, or tinkering in the garage to complete endless DIY or carpentry projects for the house. I don't like anything to go to waste, and believe I have a great space that could serve a purpose. Whether that is for someone who wants a calm place to work remotely, a cozy and quiet room to recover from a late Las Vegas night out and sight seeing, or a professional who needs a sweet landing pad after a long day's work. It is a home and space that I hope to make others feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed. I am happy to respect your privacy and level of interest in interaction. This can range from cordial hellos to sitting down and sharing a meal. Whatever works best and makes your stay and visit feel smooth. The place is accessible by keyless entry. There are exterior security cameras as well as an alarm system on the property.

Sarah was so wonderful and kind! Even though we stayed together, our privacy was very respected, there was a storage space and bathroom that only I could use, and I was very comfortable during my stay. My dog also had a very comfortable stay in the cozy and beautiful space🤍 I travel a lot, but this is truly the best home! And Sarah is always friendly, and I regret not being able to talk to her more because I don‘t speak English.. I plan to go here again next time I go to Las Vegas. I will visit after studying English hard😳
My stay at Sarah's place was absolutely fantastic! Sarah was an amazing host who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our month-long stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful touches Sarah provided, including free sauces, coffee, and a delicious sweet cake when we were leaving. It truly made us feel welcome and added an extra layer of warmth to our experience. Everything in the house was well-maintained and exceeded our expectations. From the cozy atmosphere to the convenient amenities, Sarah's place quickly felt like home away from home. Leaving Sarah's place was bittersweet as we'll definitely miss the comfort and hospitality she provided. I highly recommend Sarah's place to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Sarah was a kind, generous host who welcomed us upon arrival. She keeps her place super clean and was happy to share common spaces with guests. The kitchen is well-equipped and the community she lives in is quiet and safe. The shared office space was good for doing remote work, which we had to do a bit while there. We would definitely stay here again.
Very clean and orderly place and very nicely decorated. Sarah is very nice but there is also much privacy.

The neighborhood is a tranquil and lovely gated community that was established in 1979. It is a wonderful place to return home to after a day of sight-seeing or quiet space to sleep in after late nights out. Unique construction design for Las Vegas. A fun claim to history, is Liberace had one of the homes built for his mother. Many local places as well as franchise food options nearby. Major grocer within a 10min walk.
Parking is a breeze. There is a reserved parking spot for guest near the side of the house. Rideshare is readily available to move around town. I regularly use to get to events and common city destinations. There are major bus lines within a 15min walk.
