ROOM 1: Features a QUEEN BED in the master bedroom. Airconditioned room. ROOM 2: Contains a BUNK BED in the second room. Airconditioned room. Extra foam for another 2 persons Additional guest: P500 per person SUITABLE UP TO 6 GUESTS! This apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy home-cooked dinners during your stay. It was a great stay for us,we are having an Actual Site seeing for a big project in Guian, and Charm's place was the best! Clean apartment, complete set of amenities, the rooms were very clean. Private place, Awesome place! we feels like home. Ms Charm is so accomodating and thank you for being our host! We will surely be back
Fairly okay but need to improve some of the facilities - water, cr sink, wifi connection, tv signal.
Unit was clean and in excellent condition. Very secure with good locks on unit and outer perimeter. A little out of town but we were usually able to hail a passing tricycle after a few minutes. No problem if uou have transport. Anyway I preferred the short walk down the hill, 5 minutes to outskirts and 10 minutes to heart of downtown Guiuan.
