The location was perfect! It was within reasonable distance from everywhere we had to be despite the usual city traffic! Home had everything we needed as well. We felt right at home. Sammy was always prompt with communication and accommodating. The later check out compared to other places was a plus for us. Thank you Sammy! We’d definitely love to stay here again if we’re back in town.

Sammy was a great host for our group. He is an extremely responsive and helpful host that helped us with anything and everything we needed. The location itself was great. It was a clean, spacious, secure, and came with all of the basics a group of people would need for a trip. Parking can be difficult to find sometimes, but it's far from impossible. It's also fairly close to the PATH subway line into New York, which we used a lot. Overall, and amazing host and a great location!

As described! My fellow guests and I needed a place to stay for a game at MetLife. Proximity was great to Hoboken and arts district in Jersey City. Parking was easy and the place was secure. We enjoyed our stay.
