The cottage has 1 bedroom, one separate lounge with a luxury Plush couch, two rooms have a desk, in-built wardrobe, high ceiling, ceiling fan, lounge room has an air conditioning, heating and SAMSUNG 43 7 SERIES UHD 4K TV. Fully equipped kitchen finished with a sleek black caesar stone bench top, mirror splashback and gas cook top. Many features are for your comfort! Cottage is separate to the main house. It has its own keyless entry pad. Great for a privacy. We have 3 dogs but they can't get to the granny flat. However, the property doesn't allow any pets. Also no smokers. Gates around the house need to be shut at all times for the dogs. Due to the one bedroom arrangement, place is only suitable for one adult or couple. Please note that if you want to use the lounge couch as a sofa bed to use as a bedroom, there are extra charge. $30 per night. Still the maximum people are limited to 2 for the entire house regardless you use the lounge room as the bedroom or not. This is a smoke free premise and apologies in advance, we don't accept any smokers. No parties can be held at the property. Thank you!
