This is our guest bedroom with your own private entrance. Our home is located close to Ballance street shops on a quiet and safe street. Cafes, Dairy, and Neighbourhood Pizza all within walking distance. Ideal spot for someone needing a warm, clean and comfortable room. We have a study that could potentially be a separate workspace. You will have your own bathroom facilities including a bath, shower, and toilet. We are a family of 3 including a toddler sharing another side of our home. This is a modern home built in 2021, warm, dry, and comfortable.

It was a perfect stay in Gisborne city. nice neighborhood, plenty of cafes and food options, and short distance from the airport and the city center. The hosts were very welcoming and gave plenty of local advice
