The saving grace is its location. To be in the heart of the BPowSta complex is amazing. On the +the apartment is clutterfree & you don’t feel like you are staying in someone else’s home. Sadly, the pros end there. Instructed a day before arrival to collect the keys from a supermarket down the road. Not much of an inconvenience. However, you are also instructed not to communicate with the concierge & not to divulge that you are AirBnB. That’s the first RED FLAG. Obvious that AirBnB is not allowed. We then advised the host AZA (obviously a management company) that 1 set of keys for 3 adlts with different schedules is unacceptable, especially as we cannot leave the keys with the concierge. They agreed and assured us a 2nd set would be left on the kitchen table. It didn't happen, eventually told us, only 1 set is given. Now going back and forth to the supermarket is a hassle. There were other things wrong and we will let AZA know privately. The skybar & roof are excellent

Sadly we didn’t enjoy our stay here. The listing, while clean, emitted a foul smell likely from the plumbing system and we had to keep running the water to get rid of it. The complex is very new and intended to be very high tech but several things did not work - including a digital AC system and a light that blinked all night even when it was turned off. The flat also wasn’t very well stocked, eg no coffee despite a fancy espresso machine and no dishwasher detergent. We were going to let all of this go but unfortunately upon check out the host insisted we broke a glass and tried to charge us for using an additional set of towels. Check in was also inconvenient with key pick up at a different location and the host provided very strict instructions not to interact with the concierge as it appears this listing is being illegally rented on Airbnb.
