Facilities of condo - Parking area on ground floor - elevators, my laudry shop is just on the ground floor ,7 eleven,Thai massage shop,tour agent,ATM. 👍 Easy check-in please meet at my laundry shop. Please check in my laundry shop on the ground floor off Hillside condo 2 👍Free drop luggage service for free at my laundry shop ✈️ Please note the nimman area is blow the airport take off. You can here the plan noise only north flight. Not all time, it is not bad. ⭐️⭐️ Announcement ⭐️⭐️ There are hallways renovation in this building (maybe has noise) starting from the 2nd floor to the 10th floor. They work at 10.00-12.00 And 13.00-16.00( Mon - Sat ) Stop working on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. ( from May 7th - June 30th ,2024 ) So the price will be lower prices as well! Thank you 🙏

とても便利な立地です。チェンマイでは、トイレットペーパーや洗剤など、滞在に不可欠なアメニティがない部屋が多いのですが、ここには必要なものがすべて揃っていました。Aeさんのホスピタリティに感謝します。
Ae is a very friendly host. We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful and clean room with nice bed along with aircon. Covenient washroom with all amenities. Nice kitchen along with small electric stove, microve oven, kitchen utensils along with complementary coffee packets. Location is fantastic. Its near city centre, nearby shopping centres, restaurents , also available vegan restaurents. Bus stop is 2min walk
Firstly Ae was kind enough to let us do an early check-in which we greatly appreciated. She was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The property itself is decently sized, very clean and very cute. It's also conveniently located to launch your Chiang Mai expedition as you're just a 10min drive away from the old city. You'll also be the last to be picked up for your Don Ithanon tour and the first to be dropped on the way back. Maya mall and One Nimman are just a 5 min walk away and there are many fantastic restaurants, pubs and clubs within walking distance. We loved every minute of our stay here and will be back for more next time!

So it is very convienient to reach us !!! We know a lot about Nimman Rd as we work here for more than 13 years. Other airbnb hosts also ask me to help their guests during their stay either to greet or to clean. We love clean house and we will make sure you get comfortable and cozy stay in our condo.
