This condo is the best we have stayed in and we have been coming to PCB for years. The view is amazing! We will be back! BOOK this condo you will not be disappointed.

Overall…the place is beautiful. Has incredible views and is in a peaceful location. I’m a glass half full person, so I can always find the positives. However, our trip got off to a very uneasy start after it wasn’t indicated that we would only have one parking spot and the other areas we were directed to park in were very unclear. So after traveling five hours then having to call back and forth to find out where to park we pretty much lost all daylight that we had left since check-in is at 4. On cleanliness: there were several areas we found to be untidy. Waffle under the pull out couch, lint trap extremely full, dirt in bathroom. On functioning: tv in one room didn’t work, one chair completely collapsed just upon moving it, and the lights on the patio were out so we couldn’t really use it at night. Very disappointing. This place is managed by a company and I think there are just some quality control issues. Everything works on autopilot until it doesn’t.

I had to book the day of due to another place not working out. I contacted Joe and Ashley early in the morning and received an immediate response and was allowed to check in early. Long story short, they saved the day! Bed was great and the place was a great size and the end unit always has the best views. Great weather and the beach was beautiful. I’ll be back for sure. Quieter area and next door to Schooners
