The cabin was perfect! We had never been to Colorado but people always told us how beautiful it was and I wanted to stay in the Mountains and this Cabin checked all the boxes. The views are amazing. Priced great, lots to do near by and very clean. We will definitely be back!
Absolutely wonderful! Jacob did a great job about getting back to me when I needed something. Clean space and easy access to all of the house. We all loveeeedd the hot-tub and were in there almost everyday. Great host in every way!
Book now! Absolutely beautiful! This cabin is absolutely beautiful with the most breathtaking views. It was almost magical with the snow falling every morning we were there. The kids had so much fun with the ski ball game, and all the other games they had available. We took a roadtrip everyday to either Alma or Breckenridge. Alma has a fantastic coffee shop and general store. Honestly, you could spend your entire time in the beautiful cabin. Perfect place to get some much needed family time. If you want to get out though, there are plenty of things to do within 30 min drive. The hot tub in the snow was such a fun and relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place!

The perfect AirBnb requires three things, a great space, a great location and a great host. Jacob’s place meets all three. Jacob’s home is in a beautiful location with amazing views of the mountains. The house is spacious and has everything we needed to be comfortable, including a great selection of toys and games for our four year old and two teenagers. Jacob was a great, communicative host from before our trip started. To be sure, our trip was not without some hiccups (i.e. a once every couple of years snow storm that shut things down for a couple of days) but Jacob went above and beyond to keep us informed and get snow removed in the driveway so that we could comfortably get back to Denver for our flight home. This house is 40 minutes from everything Breckinridge has to offer without all the hustle and bustle. A great place for our first vacation in Colorado.

This is a high-altitude property in a secluded location. Uber and similar services do not operate in this area. A local taxi service (Hey Rides) operates out of Fairplay and can help if you get in a bind. Unpaved/gravel roads in the neighborhood are maintained by the county and are usually in good condition. During November-April, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is required (chains recommended).
