Despite being cheapest option in the area and a great location for where I needed to be I was very disappointed by the property and it could of easily been made nice by doing a little more than they did, especially considering the property that it is in the grounds of looks very modern. I would be surprised if they cleaned between the last person and me. Big clumps of hair and dust under the beds, the fridge had a bad smell, there was a used bar of soap sitting between the mugs on the shelf and an empty packet of paracetamol on the top of the toaster. I had packed myself a picnic breakfast as I understood there was not a full kitchen but disappointed to find no tea bags. Also I was very cold so had the heater on and used both the duvets at night. Very simple things could be done to make this a nicer stay - actually hoover the room, but a big rug down to make it a bit warmer as it is really a glorified shed, ensure there are a few more amenities - soap in bathroom, tea bags & teaspoons.

Good for the price compared to others in the area not a 5 star hotel obviously but not as bad as some of the other reviews have made out on here. Does the job for a bed for a night. And nice surroundings.

Perfect getaway for me and my dog as wonderful walks on the Heath 10 minutes away. Host very responsive to queries and microwave, toaster and kettle provided, so lack of a kitchen not an issue for me.

The shower was not working on most days. The toilet was leaking. A lot of maintenance issues with the place. Nice area and good location thought, just needs a refurbishment or maintenance

Shed in a garden - did the job we needed, just, like if you needed to store a lawnmower. Not sure they promised more but shed's R us rather than AirBnB
