Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Bus stop right at the door step and 10 minute drive to City or St Luke’s mall. Quick bus ride to Mt Albert or Kingsland Train Station. This is a lovely functional bedroom with a soft quality mattress and low-profile minimalist bed. It is only a 14 minute drive to the airport. Convenient value choice for work travel or necessary trips through Auckland. Great choice for budget travellers from Europe, US, etc. who would like to stay with and get advice from locals. Good choice for short-term emergency room or housing due to situation changes.

Die Unterkunft war super ich habe mich gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Mit Ruth kann man tolle Gespräche führen aber wenn man will kann man auch ganz ungestört seine eigenen Sachen machen. Wirklich too!!

Ruth’s place is located in peaceful locality with good multi cuisine restaurants nearby. It has all necessary items that are needed for a great stay. Also, Its located next to bus stop for quick access to city.

The location is fantastically central. The home is walking distance to Mount Albert domain which is a lovely local mountain walk. You can also walk to 2 popular city fringe bar and restaurants just a few houses down.— Chinoiserie Bar and Eatery along with Taco Loco Mt Albert. Three minute drive or ten minute walk to skate park and children’s play equipment. Five minute drive to Mt Albert Pools with spa pool and sauna, St Luke’s Mall, the Warehouse, City Fitness, and many other conveniences.

There is parking in front of the driveway or on the grass patch in front of Unit One. If you have visitors there is also plenty of free street parking just around the corner off the main road.
