Newly refurbished 2 bedroom TOP FLOOR flat with walking distance to CITY CENTRE offers modern décor and free private parking. There are bright spacious lounge, kitchen with dining area, 2 double size bedroom one with en suite and family bathroom with shower bath. The flat has a brand new fitted kitchen with new integrated appliances which will allow you to make your stay comfortable and feel at home. These appliances included fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, toaster, microvawe, kettle and coffee machine. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self catering stay and you can enjoy a meal at the dining table in the kitchen.

I highly recommend this super clean, spacious, and modern flat. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host responded promptly to my short notice request, which was greatly appreciated. While the only downside is that it's located on the third floor without a lift, it offers an opportunity for extra exercise. The easy access to the train station and nearby amenities adds to its convenience.

Locally there many shops and amenities for day to day needs with fabulous bars, restaurants and excellent shopping
to be found a short distance away in Glasgow's Merchant City and the City Centre. Glasgow Green is a short walk
away and there is excellent public transport via bus, local train station and good road links to the M8 motorway.
