Fun and great place especially for teenagers. They loved fishing, kayaking and playing in the lake that is right in the backyard! Lots of parking and great host! All instructions were clearly laid out in the House Manual and easy to follow. Host was great in communicating and was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely want to rent from this host and this property again!

Exceptionally high value-for-the-price listing if you need some time by the water in a quiet neighborhood of the relatively quaint Willis, Texas. There's plenty of sleeping space, functional TVs in every room, and comfy furnishings, but it's the outside that you'll fall in love with. A large, covered, and screened-in deck that overlooks a cozy cove of Lake Conroe enables you to sit with company in the fresh air comfortably, without suffering bugs. The host, Jeramie, is also exceptional, with rapid response times and a friendly demeanor. We reached out to Jeramie late in the evening regarding internet degradation, (what turned out to be an area-wide outage), and he graciously responded very quickly. Visit here now, if you can land the availability!

Beautiful house by the lake. Loved sitting on the deck by the water. Great spot for fishing. Kids had a blast with the kayaks. Nice little garden for grilling and games. House is clean and everything is available. We were a smaller group of 6 and that worked wonderful for a week. There is a large bedroom in the back allowing 6 people to sleep. I do see a limitation for the small bathroom in that situation.

This place was absolutely amazing. We were there for my daughter’s wedding at Forever 5 Events. It was a great place for all the bridesmaids to gather the night before the wedding - and they all had their own bed. There were plenty of towels and dishes too! A huge plus! My favorite was sitting on the screened in patio early in the morning and just listening to the sounds. It was also very pet friendly with a fully fenced yard. Thank you for allowing us to use the place Jeramie!
