Great time to visit the Blue Ridge Mountains and stay at our Relaxing 2 BR Asheville Getaway. You will love the Sauna to relax in after a nice hike along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Country setting with a fire pit, nice creek and 8 acres. 10 Minutes to downtown and close to all conveniences of restaurants and shopping. Nice firepit and grill next to a little creek out back. Convenient access to I-40/I-240 makes most everything in Asheville about 10-15 minutes away. There is one bedroom with a king bed and the extra bedroom has a futon couch as seen in the pictures.

My stay was peaceful. I loved the sauna as an amenity. My only complaint is my sheets weren't as fresh on one of the beds, had a musty smell. But I can tell they put money & effort into the rental space. The other thing is the walls are pretty thin so I could hear the person in unit C way too well. Other than those things. I enjoyed my stay.

Quiet & peaceful neighborhood just 10 minutes to Downtown AVL. Located right next to the Blue Ridge Parkway entrance, our neighborhood is very relaxing. 5 minutes to Shoji Spa. Close to Tunnel Rd. restaurants and Asheville Mall shopping, just minutes to I-40/I-240 Exchange.
House is divided into 4 separate units. This is a lower level unit with an entryway & parking accessible in the rear of the building. The property has a creek running through from the spring right next door. There are roughly 8 acres if you care to roam.
Accessible with Lyft & Uber if you want a night on the town, and don’t want to drive. Easily accessible for vehicles.

Good day: I currently live in Asheville just around the corner from Biltmore estate. This is definitely one of my favorite places to live, so I am very grateful for the opportunity to own a home here. I've been in Asheville since the very beginning of 2012, and this is my second time living here. Have lived in the following places: Asheville, NC - Atlanta - near Sandy Springs Barcelona - Gracia + Gava - Playa + South Carolina - Greenville, Charleston, MYB, Columbia during school (USC) San Francisco - Mission District & Castro Valley - East Bay. I grew up in Detroit and went to Catholic Central High School when it was in Livonia. Also lived in Houston area for about a year. I was grateful for the time there, and even more grateful to have the opportunity to move on.
