This stylish apartment with a spectacular view on Lake Lugano is perfect for two couples of friends or a family. The location is very convenient: Valle Intelvi connects Lake Como to Lake Lugano and offers countless outdoor cultural, sports and recreational activities. Description: Two double bedrooms with separable beds, one with an ensuite bathroom and a toddler (1-5 years old) bed. Second bathroom on the mezzanine. Kitchen + living/dining room. Terrace. The apartment occupies the entire attic floor, in addition to the entrance and the yellow bathroom that are on the mezzanine floor. The entrance is private. We, Federico and Valentina, live in the apartment below and use a separate entrance.

Federico hat uns mit seinem Jeep an einem nahe gelegenen Parkplatz abgeholt und hat uns zur Unterkunft geführt. Die Unterkunft ist zwar nicht ganz so einfach zu erreichen (das Auto sollte nicht tiefer gelegt sein), aber es lohnt sich! Die Aussicht auf den Luganer See ist einfach traumhaft! Valentina und Federico sind tolle, zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die sich allergrößte Mühe geben, um den Aufenthalt so schön und reibungslos zu gestalten wie nur möglich. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit bei euch!
Wir, Familie mit zwei Kindern (14, 18), waren eine Woche in der Wohnung von Valentina und Federico und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Man ist mitten in der Natur, hört in der Nacht das Rauschen des Wasserfalls und hat morgens gleich den herrlichen Blick auf den Luganer See und die schneebedeckten Gipfel der Alpen. Wir hatten leider ziemliches Pech mit dem Wetter. Es war oft regnerisch und sehr kühl. Das Haus war da mit seiner behaglichen Wärme einladend, das viele Holz sorgte zusätzlich für wichtiges Wohlgefühl. Man kann von dort aus tolle Unternehmungen in alle Richtungen machen, wir waren am Ende mehr am Comer See als am Luganer See, auch am Lago Maggiore waren wir einmal. Etwas ungewohnt sind zunächst die letzten Meter zum Haus, aber wenn man konzentriert und langsam fährt, ist es kein Problem. Valentina und Federico waren jederzeit erreichbar und standen – auch proaktiv – mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, auch für ein Pläuschchen war ab und zu Zeit.
Valentina and Frederico were great hosts to me and my family during our trip to Lugano. But not only great hosts. Both of them are warm and open people with big hearts. Helped us with everything we need, answered any questions, booked a table at a local restaurant and even let my 8-year old daughter collect the real chicken egg for the first time. She was extremely happy! Dear Valentina and Frederico, thank you for these three days. You are amazing! We've enjoyed the stay and will come again for sure.
Wundervolle Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit, tolle Begrüßung. Individuelle und sehr gemütliche Unterkunft. Wer das etwas andere sucht ist hier genau richtig!

We live in the municipality of 'Claino con Osteno', but the house can only be reached by car from Ramponio Verna (in the municipality of Alta Valle Intelvi). The mule track that goes from Ramponio to our house is not recommended for sports car or particularly low cars. In this case, we can offer you a shuttle service with our jeep.
The house is about 1 km from the center of Ramponio and about 5 km from San Fedele (shops, laundromat, etc.). We are sorrounded by meadows, woods and beautiful hikes. The mule track circling our property connects us to Lake Lugano's town of Osteno in about half an hour. In Osteno, there is a beach where you can swim from. The parking inside our property is not covered.
